The piece is engineered to be printed completely flat and support-free, ensuring maximum detail density and a smooth finish against the hair. Functional Engineering & Shaping The cuff is designed as a decorative shell that masks a standard hair elastic. To achieve the final ergonomic curve, it utilizes the thermoforming properties of the polymer: Heat: Use a hair dryer on a high heat setting to evenly warm the flat plaque until it becomes pliable. Form: Wrap the warm cuff around a Pringles can (or a similar cylinder) to set the ideal radius for a standard ponytail. Hold for 30 seconds until the plastic cools and locks its shape.
