This is a basic helmet mount that I designed for my Mk3 iron man helmet.
The part is in two pieces that can be printed with minimal support material. I sliced up my design and printed it on my Ender 3. There are no tolerances for this design, so if your printer isn't dialled in, some sanding may be necessary before assembling the two parts.
The gap in the front is left for a custom nameplate of your choosing to label the helmets.
If you have any suggestions for improving this design, especially so it will fit on smaller printers, please let me know as I plan to make a version 3 soon.
