Helping hand

I designed these helping hands to help me when working on my own, or when I need a hand (pun intended).

They still have a bit of refining to be done and COMMENTS are more than welcome. Also please download and remix them and upload with reference to this one so that everyone can see what works and what doesn't.

I will still be adding a base that has a g clamp build in so that it can be fixed to the counter o desk or just use a normal clamp or something heavy on the base.

You will need some strain round bar for this project and I got mine from old thrown out printers so no need to go buy any. I will upload a few different variations of file for those of you who would like to adapt them for bigger rods.

The bolts I used where M4x30 and as shown of the head was sanded square to fit into the hole to the turn knob. I added a drop of acetone to the hole before inserting the bolt just to set it, but this step is not necessary.
