This is an upgrade of a normal generic helping hand.
It has a solder spool holder and a hole to make it go through, a container for small electronic components and two long feet to prevent it from falling over.
It can hold heavy things without falling over unlike cheap helping hands.
You have to buy a helping hand and pull it out of it's weight and then insert it into the hole.

You can really use any helping hand for this it just has to be like this one.
The holes are quite tight so I advise to decrease the horizontal expansion a bit.
