This helping hands base is meant to be used with 1/4 NPT loc-line style tubing to be screwed into the base, with alligator clips affixed to each tube section. The base has a cabity with screw cap, designed to be filled with sand/fishing weights or other material to weigh down the base, providing stability during use.
