HEMA Cup Rapier Trainer using an Epee Blade

Project to create a rapier with optional cup that's compatible with all standard epee blades.

This 3D-printed training rapier is the culmination of countless hours spent printing and testing under both light and heavy combat conditions. It’s specially crafted for Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) clubs looking to incorporate more readily available epee blades into their training.

Required:

PLA+ or better
2 x Metal Rods 6mm in diameter - I used 140mm long because I like long quillions
Compatibility and Features:

Blade Compatibility: Primarily designed to accommodate epee blades, the gear also fits the HFA Musketeer blade seamlessly, offering versatile usage options for different training scenarios.
Quillons: Features steel rod quillons with a diameter of 6mm, allowing for customization in length to suit individual preferences and requirements. If it isn't already obvious I love long quillions! Quillon tips are also provided.
