This is a fan duct designed for the Hemera Extruder, It uses two 40 x 40mm fans. I know the airflow is not going to be perfect but it cools parts effectively without any print area loss in the x axis! I designed this myself in fusion 360. Supports are necessary and will be a pain in the butt to take off, I printed without a fan and still managed to get a good print. For easier support removal, print with full fan and on the lower end of hotend temperature for your filament. Infill shouldn't really matter, but I used 100%. If you are using PLA make sure you have enough clearance between the nozzle and the output of the duct.

Temp towers show the difference between no fan and with the custom fan duct.

Works great on my ender 3!
