I'm printing a few of these and found that the mesh was so full of errors that my slicer was not able to figure it out and even windows 3d builder choked on repairs.

Imported into blender, flipped normals to outside and remeshed. Slicers are happy now. Thanks for saving me 15 minutes of modeling.
