Hex bit holder (locking)

Changed to support more locking groove options. Needed something to organize my hex bit sockets. The standard solid block with holes did not work for me. Found some ready made holders that were keyring style but did not want to spend the money. So, this is my implementation of that general idea. Put a lock ring on the holder. Put the holder on a key ring (or 550 cord as I did). Key ring on a carabiner. Slide the lock ring up. Snap in the bit. Let the lock ring back down. Bit locked in.
