I bought some pretty crappy (not kidding the things are absolutely garbage for anything but 3d prints) drill bits off Amazon for dirt cheap with the sole purpose of using them to clean out holes in 3d prints to size. With that use case in mind, I didn't want to have to go get my Makitas out just to size some holes so I came up with this handle to do it by hand. If your printer is capable of .2-.3mm tolerance, you should be able to print these and have a really good fit. I printed a couple of different iterations and my favorite is the thin handle shell printed in TPU. I also included test pieces for you to work on tolerance before you print the whole part.
If you print the shell in TPU, it probably isn't going to come off without some serious effort. If you print it in a rigid filament, it will fit well enough you get the satisfying "pop" when you separate the parts but they will come apart so you might want to use a bit of CA glue or you could leave it as is and extend the core
