I made this helping hand using some 14G solid core wire I had already laying around.
I printed the pad in TPU to give it some grip but this isn't really necessary.
The holes for the wire are 4mm wide so make sure yours fits before printing. This design can easily be scaled up.
My Printed Settings:
Layer Height : 0.28mm
Infill : 10%
I used supports but they probably are not necessary.
