This is a replacement part for Siemens slider SL45 and should fit on other Siemens/Bosch Steam irons as well.
This knob is used to open the steam container (Google-Translation). There is this big metall tank where the steam is produced and from time to time you need to decalcify it and therefore you need to open it with this knob.
The main functionality is the hex thing. The round cylinder inside has no functionality, it's only to avoid the need for support material.
This is my first design ever. It's untested because i didn't take my printer with me on holidays.
If you modify it please leave me a tinkercad link as comment to upgrade my version.
As it comes with all replacement parts: use on your own risk. The metal of the iron becomes hot so I suggest to remove it during use.
