I made the hex panels using XYZAidans Honeycomb Pattern Generator https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3017082 & Tinkercad
5 sizes in 2 heights each (LxWxH)

They print good enough for me at .3mm layers. I'm sure they'd be even better at .2mm. All panels are 1.6mm thick. All walls tilted out at a 10 degree angle.

.8mm walls, top, & bottom = a solid part with no infill
