Hex Vortex Wind Spinner

A hex shaped spinner that also twists as the rings get smaller. Perfect to put on your porch or backyard, or anywhere else you want some decoration. After printing, there will be a short amount of time that the plastic will still be warm. This is be best time to rotate the rings slightly, about 5-10 degrees per ring, as shown in the image. It is also possible to twist the rings after it has cooled, but it may have more resistance. Afterwards, simply tie a thin cord or wire, like fishing wire, and hook it to an overhang however you want. It looks the best printed with silk PLA, with a slight breeze and plenty of light shining on it.
