Hexagon Hat Hook

Idk why the images were widened with upload to the site, the file and prints are PERFECT hexagons!
When I started this project I wanted to create a hat hook that would be good for supporting baseball caps and straw hats, while still looking good when not in use. I choose to go a minimal look that could be adapted for other uses like organizing wires and scarves. I knew when I started I didn't want to bother with a mounting bracket, so I diffrenced 2 key holes for screws.
My first iteration was my first solo 3D print and I had trouble with the filament curling up. It created I unique texture that I didn’t mind, but unfortunately the texture wasn’t consistent on all sides (see image 1). After fixing my setting I ran into more issues with the filament cooling because the fan was cooling it unevenly (see image 2). I changed printers for the 3rd print, which went really well (see image 3), but the same can't be said for print 4 (see image 4). In print 4 I modified one the hexagons to c
