Hexagonal Medal Display

I and my wife are amateur runners (What comes before that?). We have found it fun during the age of COVID to sign up for some virtual 5ks and get the cool medals. We have also found that displaying them is less than awesome.


Medal Base:
- Universal base that can be used for any insert.
- Bottom has connector slots to clip adjacent bases together
- Bottom has 10.5mm holes that take 10mm magnets, Future concept to add magnet flair to front face of Hexagon frame.
- Screw holes in case you want to firmly mount to wall
- should also work with 3M strips

Medal Insert - Ribbon
- Based on other wood projects I've seen, Insert the ribbon and wrap it around until it looks good
- should be able to insert 10mm magnets on base and insert for tight fit (Untested)

Medal Insert - Magnet
- I've received a couple medals that are magnetic so there's a matrix of circles on the back that will accept 10mm magnets (use as many as needed to hold your medal in place.
