HFT parts bin

Customizable insert for small parts storage box sold at Harbor Freight (e.g. 93928 Storehouse 20bin medium box).

* customizable sizes, in multiples of original. "1x1" is smallest insert in original box. tested with (1 x 0.5) to make half-sized boxes.
* height matches original
* Contains scad code for rounded and rectangular version
* optional pull tab
* NO locking feet. (but prints w/o support because of that)

The rounded corner one (`rbox()`) fits better on the outside spots on the box.
