Fit the devices parts together, being careful to have tight seals, I recommend using silicon caulking. A water solution that conducts electricity should then be added to the device, then a non-corrosive anode and cathode should be secured to each side. Once this is done electricity should be run through both the cathode and the anode and oxygen and hydrogen will begin to flow out of the sides specified on each electrolytic chamber. This should be done in a well-ventilated area away from any flammable material. I assume no liability for any injury's, property damage, or any other unfortunate events that occurs as a result of the creation, and or usage, or the device.
