I didn't need the sonar module anymore on my JDM Hiace so I made a replacement dash piece to fit the hole. It can be customized easily enough in Fusion 360 or similar programs.
In my case, I used this as a template to make two cut outs for a custom switch as well as an Auber Instruments EGT display.
