Many games include a common pattern of players secretly selecting something from a set of options, then revealing that choice later in the game.
I use this pattern sometime in my own designs, and recently modeled out this somewhat elegant solution for a dial semicircle which clips-on to a disk. Because the semicircle stretches more than halfway around the disc, it gently grips it to prevent the disc from falling out until you want to disassemble it. No glue required!
I've been using PLA, but other types will probably also work.
If you can't get the friction just right for allowing the disc to spin within the dial, you might have to slightly modify the size of the disc.
For paper-printing a circle to fit onto the disc, print out your circle to be 4.54 cm in diameter.
You'll quickly realize that making a secret choice while your opponent is able to view the grain of the 3d print on the dial center might be a problem, so I recommend printing out a generic rotationally-symme
