this piston was designed based on fatigue analysis using pressure data from a study by Harvard, which states that the peak pressure inside a cylinder in a spark-ignition engine is up tp 5 MPa, you can find it here: http://www.hcs.harvard.edu/~jus/0303/kuo.pdf this study was done under a 10 MPa pressure and still yielded an unlimited fatigue life as shown in image. the model is available in .SLDPRT , IGES and STEP formats. also you can change bore diameter from the equations manager in solidworks to fill your needs. Material: 2618 Aluminum Alloy. weight: 390 grams. this study is my first attempt to design a working part under fatigue loading, i'm not really sure if i've done it accurately enough, waiting for experts' comments :)
