HighPi Case Top

This is the top cover for the [HighPi Case](https://www.pishop.us/product/highpi-raspberry-pi-case-for-pi4/).

I separated the fan from the [Geekworm Heatsink](https://www.amazon.com/Geekworm-Raspberry-Embedded-Compatible-Expansion/dp/B07Z3Q417K) because I needed clearance for the [UPS Hat](https://www.pishop.us/product/raspberry-pi-ups-hat/).

I oriented the fan so that it blows cool air into the case. I use the [EZ Fan2](https://www.tindie.com/products/jeremycook/ez-fan2-tiny-raspberry-pi-fan-controller/) to control the fan.
