Highwind Propeller Fix

I recently built the Highwind model by zomgqwert and was having trouble printing the propellers. The models weren't rendering properly in Cura and when they did they printed paper thin and deformed.

Using the original files I managed to beef up the propellers and make them sturdier and easier to print.

Print 1 Small Tail Prop and 3 Large Tail Props to get all the propellers you need for the tail.
