My girlfriend lost one of her hiking pole clips while hiking so I took a picture of the other one, converted it to an .svg file, and then imported it in Tinkercad. It works perfectly as a replacement clip. The brand of hiking poles is TrailBuddy but I assume it will work for most brands.

The diameter of the circular part is 17.5mm.
