Just to show I despise all politicians equally I present to you...HILLABLO!
It turns out good ole Hillary really is a bitch. I could not get the Boolean Merge to work no matter what I tried so I ended up doing a combine. If you have S3D you'll need to separate connected surfaces before printing. I can't speak for other slicers.

Update: Well it looks like this Model is a Simplify 3D killer. I tried Separate Connected Surfaces and ended up with over 20 objects. Unfortunately the program keeps bombing when I preview the G-code for printing. I tried loading it into Cura 15 and although the parsing was slow it looks like it can handle the Model. I'll be looking into Cura 2.7 to see if that works also.
