Hinge for ETAP 22

I found myself in deep trouble when I acquired my Sailboat ETAP 22 and found one of the hinges missing. I decided to design it and print it in PLA Carbon.

I do not believe the piece is structurally sound by herself, but as the boat had the other 2 hinges, it works quite well.

I printed it in Carbon PLA, but I suggest you consider Nylon Carbon or stronger materials if possible.

My printing settings:

Hot End Temperature: 240 º
Bed Temperature: 65 º
Resolution: 0.20 (I used a 0.6 metal nozzle)
Infill: 100 %
