Hinge small as Raw Material

Print and use this small hinge as raw material
each leaf is approx 12mm width. Suitable for small box/enclosures.
This hinge can use 1/8 (3mm) approx dia screws or smaller.
This is 90mm long but you can cut the length to suit your requirements and keep the rest.
or just move the model in you slicer to the edge to partially print.

Steps:
1. Print HingeLeaf1 and HingeLeaf2
2 .Insert scrap 1.75mm dia filament as a pin. pointed cut the pin. (Bit tight but it will go)
3. Cut to proper length with appropriate tools/cutter/saw. then file/sand/chamfer cut edges.
4.Glue or heat the end sides of the pin or leaf with a heat source (cigarette lighter, match, soldering iron etc . Dab it while its still soft to lockthe ends.
5, Use centerline (slot) in each leaf as guide where to drill holes. (pitch distance up to you.)

note: Be careful while cutting with a plier if PLA is used coz its brittle, it might shatter. Small hacksaw is prefered.
Its a bit fragile but once assembled it
