Hinged Buckle

A modified version of ChrisMUC's ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198335 ) buckle in order to destress the components when used for a narrow belt. the origional buckle while great I found that when i was at work the strain put on the buckle when used with a nylon web belt was too great and it was splitting. I added the Hinges in Blender and printed the whole set again and after trial at work again I found no signs of stress breakage.
