Hinged Electronics enclosure for Ender 3

This is a hinged enclosure to allow modular stacking of electronics, buck converters and Fan.

i have this as shown with independant buck converters for all fans on PSU, Enclosure, Hot End and part cooler.

Fan is shown on the top of the stack but it can be mounted IN the stack to allow direct access to the buck converters for tuning.

Fan mount is two seperate items to allow only the bottom to be printed, as shown in my config.

as there are hinges on both sides, it can open in either direction depending on which side you use screws in. i use a scre on the opposite die as a "lock" to keep it closed.

the enclosures all have hinges so they can be stacked up if you have more electronics, converters etc.


i may update it to not require screws for converters, hinges and fan mounts, but its working now. the rest is cosmetic.

access to the sd card works well and is lined up perfectly on the ender mb
