Hinged Glass Top Riser - AMS Riser Compatible!

I've been using a FANTASTIC Glass top riser remixed by edward.fang to vent the top lid on my X1C/P1S, but after printing the AMS riser the glass top riser no longer worked due to the AMS riser's glass top ‘shelf’ supports. I'd rather just vent the glass top rather than removing the glass and sliding it into the AMS riser shelf, so I remixed the design so it clears perfectly now.
