Hirth joints are rediculously strong, but a bit of a PITA to design. I use them pretty frequently, and have gradually been refining my parametric model working out the kinks. I finally feel like it's where it needs to be in order to share it! Here's my process for using it: I copy the file into my new project directory, import the component into the assembly, use boundary fill on both bodies, then incorporate those bodies into my design. That way, edits made on the component flow into the assembly, and don't need to be constantly re-positioned after updates. I've included a screenshot of my joint incorporated into an Automated Modeling use-case for an organic looking monitor mount. If you don't have Fusion 360 (and ask nicely), I'll upload a Step File with the dimenions you need. Hopefully you get as much use out of this as I have!
