This is a remix of a rack mount for a Hitron CODA 56 cable modem. I needed to the modem into a ceiling joist instead so I modified the original rack mount clip for the bottom to allow for screw holes. Printed in PETG as the forces on this should be fairly minimal. Installing is easy. Take the base and mark where you want it to install. Pilot holes at this point can make mounting easier. Take out the 2 screws from the original underside and then gently pry off the bottom. Replace with this piece and screw it into place. Screw into place. I kept the holes large to accomodate various needs for people, so washers may be recommended if the screws are smaller. I used #8 (sorry we're stuck on imperial in Canada for this stuff because of freedom units in construction).
