HO scale container 40ft (piko-compatible)

This is a 40ft version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3372971

Should fit PIKO container car (has pins to attach to the car).

There are several versions of the container:

* ordinary container
* container with some ribs removed to be not so boring
* container with sme ribs removed and flat roof for easier printing (if you have problems with corrugated top)
