HO Scale Tortoise Wire Restraint

This is my Tortoise Wire Strain Relief. On several occasions I have had a wire on a Tortoise come free. This device fits tightly over the Tortoise and takes the strain off the connections. I use a dot of CA where the wire, the device, and the Tortoise come together.
