HO Scale Windows

I have a Walthers Hardwood Furniture Company as well as the Bralick Building kits and wanted to combine them into one large structure. I also wasn't happy with the look of the windows and thought I'd try something different. Each of the main windows are different iterations, finally deciding on the 2b window. The two "open frame" files were attempting to print some frames to cut into 2x5 sets to make open windows in the main frames.

First of note, I use Cura 3 to print, and the files need to "print thin walls" option enabled as the window muntins are around 0.3mm wide. I've printed using ABS with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layers as well as a 0.3mm nozzle with 0.16mm layers. Both have been with only a skirt (not brim). With the very thin extrusions, a slow speed is absolutely necessary. I have been having problems with adhesion on the outer edges of my bed (most assuredly cooler!) and ABS.
