Actually, this is a silkworm wheelchair joystick.
This is provided to patients who have difficulty grasping and operating the commonly used joystick because the Pinch grasp pattern is not possible.
It is also provided to patients who are unable to keep their hands in place while operating the joystick due to poor wrist stability.

It is a team of rehabilitation doctors and occupational therapists.
