Holder for 2.3kg spools

Needed a spool holder for larger 2.3kg spools.

Added slots in the holder (based on AlbChronos' holder) for a threaded axle. Used threads and nut from "Poor man's OpenSCAD screw library" by aubenc. One nut needs to be flipped before printing as the threads on one side are reversed. These nuts keep the holder from coming apart at the top.

Use two 608 bearings. Preferably real bearings, but printed ones can be used as a subsitute. You can try these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4821342
