Holder for Ultipanel LCD controller

Having a superb Ultipanel to use with my Ultimaker
I decided holding it by hand was just not doing it justice.

So I needed to produce a design that would:

Hook on the front or side of the Ultimaker, holding the screen at a good angle without impeding a print.

Stand on the table holding the screen at a good angle.

Print in two main parts, not requiring glue for assembly.

Be Vitamin free.

Be robust enough to withstand the odd mishap.

Be easy to print Using just the standard quality Ultimaker Netfabb profile (or higher quality if you like). It should also print perfectly well with OS software.


The pictures were of my last prototype printing in red PLA. Later I will go with a blue PLA to match the printer.
