I made a tolerance test to determine the size difference between my CAD files and my prints. I use it to determine what size holes I need if I put a motor or axel through the hole.
The arrangement includes circular and square holes ranging from 1 to 10mm. Increments of 0.1mm then increase each size. For example, the series goes 1, 1.1, 1.2, ... 1.8, 1.9 for all sizes from 1 to 10.9mm.
Between the rows of holes, I have cut out the dead space not used by the print to conserve material.
Inspiration for this design came from the communities on Thingiverse and YouTube.
