I came up with this to drill thru your typical storage containers and thin acrylic panels to install hygrometers, vacuum hoses, grommets... I had a bunch of hole saws but it seems like I never had the right size. I was able to improvise an Olfa P-450 plastic cutting blades I had laying around to do the job. 1" to 2" hole diameters are in 1/8" increments and requires 3/8 inch hole saw arbor (single blade). 2" - 4" inch hole diameters are in ¼" increments and requires a 7/16 inch hole saw arbor (double blades). 3mm or #6 screws are also required to attach blades to 3D printed part. I can scale this to other sizes if I get enough requests. Developed specifically for this project - https://makerworld.com/en/models/2021078-sous-vide-holder-threaded-grommet#profileId-2178126 Enjoy!
