Hole Punch Guide for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4243622 - this is for the version marked NORTH_AMERICA_LETTER_v3

This guide fits 9"x11.5" 5 mil or 3 mil thermal lamination pouches. It will work for 8.5"x11" binding covers as well but the holes will end up off-set by a half inch. They will still line up, but the shield will be slightly longer on one side - that can be remedied by inserting a half inch wide by .5mm thick sliver of PLA (or whatever is on-hand).
