Holster Wedge TPU

Hey guys, this is a project I put together for myself and figured I would share it with everyone! This is a TPU inside the waistband wedge that is mounted on the body side of your holster. By doing so, it adds concealment and often comfort too. The concept of the “wedge” is not new, and is often made of a foam, or other similar product sold between $10-$30+ but me being cheap, figured I would attempt to print my own using what materials I have on hand. I eliminated the walls, and top layers so that the Gyroid fill could provide some breathability and more comfort. Provided are various sizes of the wedge I printed for myself in case you are wanting more concealability or comfort. I also included a basic shaped wedge so that you can custom cut it to fit your holster perfectly rather than the generic shape and size. I really enjoyed this project and hope you do as well.
