I traced the eyes and mouth with a pencil, then scanned it on a photocopier to get a .jpeg file then used paintshop to fill it in, then used SVG converter to turn it in to a .SVG file. I then added it to Tinker Cad and saved it as a .STL file.

Mouth, eyes and backboard. It's not perfect but it looks good.

Print inserts in Vase mode to save filament and an easier fit.
