Hook for elastic rope

Hook for 3mm elastic rope, included FreeCad model, for customisation. I used this rope, but any 3mm diameter rope will do. I include the PETG print profile for decente UV resistance. for better resistance ASA is the best option. Improvement List:make it ajdustable
