套圈是中国民众喜爱的传统游戏，起初的套圈只是一种自娱自乐的游戏，多被小贩们用于商业活动。过去，套圈游戏会摆上成盒的香烟、泥娃娃、玻璃茶杯、小镜子、小玩具、糖果等物品，在距这些物品数米之外拉一条绳子，参加者必须在绳外掷圈。想参加这一游戏的人多是儿童，先交钱买圈，每个多为一两毛钱。拿到圈后，站在绳外，瞄准自己想要的东西，将圈掷去，如果套中，物品归掷者所有。Hoopla are a traditional game loved by the Chinese people.
