It's "Hørb"...tesafilm/ scotch tape Herb Pot.

Find scissors, harvest herbs, cut 'em up and slap 'em on a sandwich. Routine stuff, but it could be even easier. Hørb combines each step and eliminates the need for additional tools. Located on the upper ring is a jagged trunk, for clean picking of the herbs. The elevated bottom of the pot prevents herbs from standing in the water, and thereby spoiling. Details such as these allow the pot to combine thr useful with the decorative. Whether right next to the stove, or on the dinner table - Hørb blends seamlessly into food culture.
