Horizontal MMU2 mounting bracket

The MMU2 normally mounts on the top crossbar of the mk3 at an angle. This limits the total height of the machine and is fine if you are accessing the printer from above. I put my printer in a LACK-based stand (not an enclosure) that puts a roof over the printer and makes the angled mount quite inconvenient. These mounting brackets attach the MMU2 horizontally, which makes it much easier to work with . The brackets also raise the MMU2 high enough to avoid restricting the build height.
