Horizontal spool holder

I needed an horizontal spool holder because the space between the top of the ikea-lack enclosure and the underside of the desk was not tall enough to put the spool vertically.

There are 2 bearings 608ZZ (8x22x7mm) : One at the bottom of the base axis, then the spacer, then the second bearing. Now, the base can be inserted into the holder.
