Vacuum Hose Adapter Generator

My shop vacuum hose did not match more than a couple of tools in my shop and I couldn't find any purpose-built adapters for my needs. I built this generator to allow me to create an adapter from any size to any size hose/dust port.

The variable names aren't terribly well thought out and I will be changing those in a future version. Basically:
Wall Thickness: Self explanatory; thickness of walls
Small Length: Length of top section of adapter, from "Small Outside Diameter" to "Small Inside Diameter"
Small Outside Diameter: The diameter of the top of the top section
Small Inside Diameter: The diameter of the bottom of the top section
Transition Length: Relatively self explanatory, the length of the transition from the bottom section (Large Side) to the top section (Small Side)
Large Outside Diameter: The diameter of the bottom of the bottom section
Large Inside Diameter: The diameter of the top of the bottom section
