I have some Hoselink (Australian company) hoses and fittings. The lever on an in-line valve broke so rather than throw out the valve, I made a new lever. I suspect there are other brands out there, that will be similar.

It's a bit over-engineered (ie thick), but I was worried it might break. The final version has been painted to give it a bit of protection from the sun. The Fusion 360 file has the main lever a little large, but the .stl file works fine. This one is in PLA, but I'll do the next one in PETG if the PLA deforms in the sun.

I have designed two versions - one all PLA, and one with two sides, joined by metal. In this case I used a 100mm galvanised nail bent into shape. It should be epoxied into the sockets. The holes are about 4.5mm, but can be changed in the Fusion file.

It will need supports. The tree support works fine. I found printing it as presented gives the best strength. My printer needs to be dialed in again - some layers are a bit off and the pics show it
